Method 1: Using the Classic Menu Editor (For standard/older themes)

  1. Navigate to Appearance » Menus in your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Select the menu you want to edit from the drop-down at the top (if you have multiple).
  3. Click the Screen Options tab in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Check the box for Posts.
  5. Scroll down to the Posts section on the left-hand side and click it to expand.
  6. Check the specific post(s) you want to include and click the Add to Menu button.

Method 2: Using the Block Editor (For Full Site Editing / Block Themes)

If your theme is a modern Block theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four), the Appearance > Menus option may not exist in your dashboard. 

  1. Go to Appearance > Editor.
  2. Click on the Navigation block in your header, or click Patterns/Navigation in the sidebar.
  3. Click the + (Add Block) icon to insert a new link.
  4. Search for the title of the post you want to add, select it, and click to insert it.
